The Pins

Are pins really free?
For a limited time we are offering one free Enhanced Disney Parks pin for new subscribers.

We just know you're going to love receiving a magical surprise every month!

Enhanced pins are only $17.99 a delivery thereafter.
How much does it cost?
Depending on which pin subscription you choose, our prices range anywhere from $17.99 to $29.99 per pin + shipping.

Are pins authentic?
We work vigorously to make sure you only receive authentic Disney trading, Disney Parks and Disney Collections series pins that meet our high quality standards.

Can I upgrade/downgrade?
Absolutely! This is all about you, so you choose what club level you wish to be a part of.

Billing

Do you ship internationally?
Please reach out to support@waltpins.com for international shipping quotes. In some instances we may be able to fulfill your request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely, you can cancel anytime you wish! We also offer a skip a month feature, but this is up to you.
When will my pin(s) arrive?
We ship pins on the 15th and 28th of every month. Depending on the frequency you choose will determine when your pin is shipped. As always, if you have questions, simply send us an email to: support@waltpins.com

Refunds

Do you accept refunds?
Yes! Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all of our pin subscriptions. Please note: All pins being returned must be in the same condition when they arrived to you (brand new/with tags/undamaged/pin backing). Refunds will be on the full product price (not including shipping). We do not offer refunds on shipping cost to or from.
